Julia Lynn Productions has developed a youth media training and holistic enhancing group projects through skills support. We do this with various activities such as media enterprise, job training, community voice, creative self-expression and development. Participants also receive training to carry the voice of youth in policy planning, professional development, and engagement techniques. 

Youth engagement activities and programs involve youths in improving their community while developing their capacity to become agents of change. Activities range from discussions, participation in community organizing and public-awareness campaigns. Youth build their understanding of the social and political issues that affect their communities.

Julia Lynn Productions youth leadership development program is dedicated to educating young people to harness their capacity for creating positive change through communication and interactive learning. This prepares youth members including those who have overcome challenges to become confident and expressive  by turning their passion for advocacy into a career.
